AWARD WINNING GUARDIAN SERVICES ADDS ASSET MANAGEMENT TRACKING
Greensboro, NC (CIS) AUGUST 1, 2011 – Guardian Services powered by Confiance adds an advanced automated asset
and inventory management tracking feature their existing feature rich offering. Guardian Services is an award winning
complete life cycle Management and Monitoring service.
Guardian Services powered by Confiance has announced an “Asset and Inventory Management” feature to their existing
feature rich Guardian system monitoring toolset. This new feature automates Cisco contract management by automatically
tying serial numbers of their Cisco hardware to the appropriate SMARTServices contracts. Normally this information
would be input to the system and then future contract changes would have to be manual.
“This is a unique feature in the industry. Our system will automatically find the new serial number and automatically reassociate
it to the appropriate Cisco contract. This is a major value add for our customers”, says Confiance’s

feature) was specifically designed to bridge a very large gap in contract self service management. This feature was
