Michael Cotrone - Executive Vice President
Michael Cotrone is a member of the Confiance Leadership team and performs business management and Level 3 CCIE Engineering duties. Michael is a member of Confiance's elite engineering team that delivers today's most demanding advanced technology solutions.

Mr. Cotrone has had a successful history working in the networking industry since 1995. Over the course of 12 years Michael has held titled positions as a UNIX Administrator, Network Analyst, Lead Engineer, Consulting Engineer, and a Senior Solutions Architect. Mr. Cotrone has had experience working for small companies such as Cencom Internet and large companies such as Horace Mann Insurance, Mastercard International, and Cisco Systems. Mr. Cotrone has been responsible for successful leading advanced technology projects in large ISP networks, enterprise, commercial, and healthcare customer verticals.

Mr. Cotrone holds two Cisco Systems CCIE designations for Voice and Routing/Switching among other various Cisco Systems certifications.

Bill Demarest - Executive Vice President
Bill Demarest is a member of the Confiance Leadership team and performs business management and Level 3 CCIE Engineering duties. Bill is a member of Confiance's elite engineering team that delivers today's most demanding advanced technology solutions.

Mr. Demarest has had a successful history working in the networking industry since 1984. Prior to Confiance Mr. Demarest has worked for many successful companies such as Wachovia Bank, Sara Lee (now Hanes Brand), and Planning Technologies Consulting. Mr. Demarest's technical experience includes SNA, LAN/WAN, Cisco Light Weight Access Point (LWAP) solutions, and Cisco Unified Communications Solutions (VoIP).

Mr. Demarest holds the Cisco Systems CCIE 10 Year designation for Routing/Switching.

Rob Bair - Vice President of Sales
Mr. Bair joins Confiance after over 25 years of experience where he served as the Senior Vice President of CRG (ComputerNet Resource Group) and Senior Vice President of Datanet Services, Inc. (DSI)

Richard Collins - Vice President of Engineering
Richard Collins joins the Confiance team, expanding their growing presence in the Carolinas.

Mr. Collins joins Confiance after 13 years of experience working with many diverse advanced technologies. He joined Confiance from Cisco Systems where he was a Systems Engineer for the Carolinas Commercial team. Richard was selected as the region's "Systems Engineer of the Year" in FY2007.

Prior to Cisco Systems, Mr. Collins held technology leadership positions at EnPro Industries (www.enproindustries.com), Blackbird (www.blackbird.net), and C.C. Mangum.
