The Confiance Network Design experience begins with an initial consultation between you and our Confiance consultant. Our Consultant will spend time asking several series of questions in order to understand your business, your business processes, and which technologies you are interested in discussing. At the conclusion of the meeting the Consultant will begin the Network Design collaboration.
The Network Design collaboration includes your Confiance Consultant working with your Cisco Account Engineering team and the Confiance Senior Solutions Architect team. This network design collaboration ensures that the proposed hardware, software, and implementation plan will be accurate, cost effective, and exactly what you need.
The final design presentation is when the Confiance Consulting team will present the proposed solution in most cases using large plotted Visio topology maps and a detailed "Statement of Work Proposal" that outlines the complete project. The main goal for this presentation is to ensure that you are completely satisfied that the business drivers and requirements have been delivered. This process sets a definitive expectation up front which all of the teams will approve prior to any customer purchasing. The Confiance philosophy during the Presales process is simple; we want to engineer your solution correctly and collaboratively.
The Implementation phase of this engagement will consist of the same Confiance team that was involved during the presales will be the team implementing the proposed design. Confiance will lead this project using project management methodologies that are essential to ensuring a successful and collaborative implementation.
During the implementation the Confiance team lead will hold weekly status meetings using a project plan that will track tasks, resources required per task, completion dates, and milestone achievements.
Confiance will establish a "Customer Project Portal" which will be the "home base" for all of the project teams. All of the project documentation, topology maps, and project plans will live on this portal which will give all of the team member?s immediate access to live information. This portal will also include issue tracking, important links, team contact lists, and event updates.
Throughout the life of the Confiance implementation experience the transfer of knowledge will occur amongst the team. The Confiance team's main goal is to arm your team with as much knowledge as possible so they may successfully manage the new technologies.
