The Confiance Recorder is a PC application that works with the Cisco Unified Call Manager IP communications system that offers "speed dial" and call recording features.
This easy to use full feature application boasts a small foot print that sits on top of your workspace that allows access to all of the control buttons.

Speed Dial - Drag and Drop Dialing Feature

The Confiance Recorder makes dialing your IP Phone easy with the "Drag and Drop" Speed Dialing feature. First highlight any phone number on your screen no matter what application it resides in, second drag that number onto the Confiance Recorder quick dial field, and third the Confiance Recorder will automatically dial your IP Phone!

Speed Dial using your Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP and Outlook Contacts

The Confiance Recorder enhances your speed dialing capability by also allowing you to type in the first few letters of a persons first name, last name, or email address that are known in your Cisco DC Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Outlook Contacts. Once you select the name of the contact that you wish to dial the Confiance Recorder will automatically dial that contacts telephone number.

Automatically or Manually Record your VoIP Calls

The Confiance Recorder offers two methods for VoIP call recording. The first call recording method is "Automatic Call Recording". This feature ensures that all of your voice calls will be recorded without the hassle of having to press the "record button". All of the recordings are saved in a folder that is selected during the setup configuration.

The second call recording method is "Manual Call Recording". This feature allows you to "record" a conversation by pressing the "Record Button". The Confiance Recorder records both ends of your conversation in full duplex high quality audio using the G.711u PCM codec. In this standalone version, the PC must be connected to the back of the phone for call recording to occur.

Forgot to press the "Record Button" and you are not automatically recording?

That is ok! The Confiance Recorder allows you to press the "Record" button even if you are in mid conversation. The Confiance Recorder will record the entire conversation including the conversation that was held prior to pressing the record button!

Dial Plan Support for Local and Long Distance Access Codes

The Confiance Recorder allows you to configure dial plan options to eliminate the need to dial a "9" for local access or "9+1" for long distance access. This provides true transparent "Speed" dialing using your Cisco IP Phone
