The ability to submit online Move/Add/Change requests with CCIE-level “MAC” review provides numerous benefits such as offloading tasks to allow focus on activities that are most valuable to your business and obtaining a peer review for changes you plan
to make.
Advanced Cloud Systems Monitoring Solution:
Guardian Enterprise Services employ an advanced cloud based monitoring solution coupled with superb proactive consulting to deliver world-class value. This solution is the technical backbone of our service. It provides in depth real-time and historical data about your critical infrastructure and systems. You can access the monitoring system from any WWW browser and receive system notifications in real-time via e-mail.
Proactive Quarterly Review Assessments:
Guardian will provide a comprehensive quarterly review which will encompass the quarter’s chronic tickets, root causes of problems, network/system health overview, infrastructure quality of service review, and a mini infrastructure assessment.
