Confiance Recorder Interface Tutorial
1. Recorder Self Service Web Help – This button will automatically open a web browser and direct you to the Confiance Recorder web self help portal. You will find FAQ and other helpful tutorials. 2. IP Phone "Connected" – This is a visual indicator that notifies when Recorder has found your IP Phone or IP Softphone. 3. Record VoIP Calls – Click this button to begin recording your conversation in full duplex with full quality using the G.711u PCM audio codec. 4. Play Last Recording – Click this button to have Recorder play back the last VoIP recording. 5. Dials the Phone Number– Click the "Dial" button to have Recorder dial the phone number in the "Speed Dial Field". You can also use the "enter" key on your keyboard. 6. Speed Dial Field – This is where you can "Drag and Drop" highlighted phone numbers from any application to "Speed" dial that number. You can also type the first few letters of a contact's first name, last name, or email address and Confiance Recorder will find the phone number of this person using your Cisco DC Directory, Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and/or Microsoft Outlook Contact listing 7. Minimize Confiance Recorder – Clicking this option does not close or terminate the Confiance Recorder however it will be minimized on your system tray on the bottom right hand corner of your desktop
